The ARC will monitor all remote alarms. They are there to help 24 hours a day.The moment an alarm is sounded, a trained operator takes over, calling keyholders or the police, whoever is required.

If you have your alarm systems monitored you have the re-assurance that the alarm receiving centre is watching out for you and your premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When your alarm triggers an automatic call is passed to the monitoring station.

The highly trained operator will depending on the circumstances pass the call to a key holder or the police.

Enjoy peace of mind wherever you are, whatever the time of day, if your alarm activates our operators will be alert to handle the situation swiftly and promptly.

Your alarm system can registered with the relevant police force and any confirmed alarm will be passed to them. Calls can be passed to appointed key holders or in the event of fire the fire brigade.

Personal Attack alarms can be passed instantly to the Police.

For the elderly or infirm the call can be passed to a relative or other responsible person.

When you have an intruder, fire or other emergency you need to  be confident that someone is instantly aware and ready to act.

The digital communicator utilises a standard telephone line to communicate with the ARC. This simple but effective technology enables the alarm system to automatically contact the ARC with details of any alarm condition at the protected premises.

The digital communicator is similar to a computer modem attached to your alarm system. It passes digital information to a the ARC who are able to respond to the signal in accordance with agreed police policy and your personal requirements.
